Barry Wayne is Florida Bar Board Certified in Marital and Family Law. He is the coauthor of "Attorney's Fees," Florida Legal Ethics, The Florida Bar 1992. He received his BA with honors in 1983 from Rutgers College, Rutgers University with a major in Economics and concentration in Accounting. He received his JD from the University of Florida in 1986, where he was a member of the Justice Campbell Thornal National Moot Court Board. He has served on the Advisory Board of Keiser University in Miami-Dade County. He was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1986 and the Federal Bar for the Southern District of Florida in 1987. He currently serves on the Florida Bar Marital and Family Law Certification Committee. He is a member of the Miami-Dade County Bar Association, the American Association for Justice and the American Bar Association. Mr. Wayne has been featured in Florida Trend's Legal Elite, South Florida Legal Guide's Top Lawyers, and Law and Politics list of Florida Super Lawyers.
