Mr. Bluestein is Florida Bar Board Certified in Marital and Family Law. He previously served as a member of the Marital and Family Law Certification Committee of The Florida Bar. He received his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Miami. He is a member of the Iron Arrow and was a member of the Executive Board, University of Miami Law Review, 1974. Mr. Bluestein was admitted to The Florida Bar in 1975. He belongs to the Miami-Dade County Bar Association and served on its Board of Directors from 1992-1996. He is also a member of the Florida Justice Association and the American Association for Justice. Mr. Bluestein is featured in Florida Trend Magazine's Legal Elite, the South Florida Legal Guide's Top Lawyers, and Law and Politics list of Florida Super Lawyers. He has been selected by his peers to be included in The Best Lawyers in America and is a lifetime member of Strathmore's Who's Who.
