Ms. Tucker is a second generation Miamian. In 1986, she graduated, with honors, from Florida International University, obtaining her B.A. degree in Political Science. Ms. Tucker attended the University of Miami School of Law on the Ann Sanford Wrenn-King Scholarship, while working full-time as a legal secretary. She graduated, cum laude, in December 1996. She joined Bluestein and Wayne, P.A. in 1998. Ms. Tucker was admitted to the Florida Bar in June 1997. She was admitted to practice before the United States District Court, Southern District of Florida in October 1997 and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit in May 1999. She is a member of the Florida Association of Women Lawyers. Ms. Tucker's community involvement includes service on the Session at the First Presbyterian Church of Miami Springs, as both an Elder and Church Treasurer, and as a member of the Worship Team. She is a member of the Board of Directors for Heartbeat of Miami, Inc. She is involved in Boy Scouts where she served as an Assistant Scoutmaster, completed Wood Badge training and is a brotherhood member of Order of the Arrow, O-Shot-Caw Lodge. Bar Admissions
